Digital Project Manager

Job description / Role

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to end management of web development, UX design and SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, proactively address risks and manage changes in scope or deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure websites are built with optimal performance, scalability and functionality.
• Coordinate technical tasks, such as backend integration, CMS implementation and deployment.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices.
• Work with UX designers to create intuitive, user centric interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project manager, managing web development, UX, and SEO projects
• Proficient in project management tools ( e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana) and agile work methodologies.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).
• Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps and conversion rate optimization tools.
• Strong management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• FExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
