Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role located in Pune Camp. The Sales Intern will actively support lead generation, business development, and client engagement activities. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, assisting with sales presentations, participating in training sessions, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to develop key sales and customer service skills while working in a professional, fast-paced real estate environment.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Strong Sales abilities and experience in identifying leads, pitching services, and closing deals

  Knowledge of Sales Management processes and ability to assist in coordinating client accounts and team activities
• Proficient in planning, organizing, and executing Training sessions for new and existing clients
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and grow
• Pursuing or possessing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience or understanding of the real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory
