IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, with a strong focus on .NET-based software development. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. You will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business goals while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules tailored to IT projects

- Lead cross-functional teams including .NET developers, QA, infrastructure, and business analysts

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement as necessary

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) if applicable

- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, and quality standards

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly

- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers as needed

- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned

Qualifications & Skills

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred

- 3-7 years of proven experience managing IT projects, including software development projects focused on the .NET framework

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence, etc.)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing tasks

- Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance is a plus
