Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Executive Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting solution design to enable data-driven decision-making and efficient business operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of business analysis concepts and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Documentation:
  
  Prepare and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow diagrams.
• Business Logic & Process Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring logical consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Support communication between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure smooth requirement handovers and updates.
• Data-Driven Insights: Assist in analyzing business data and KPIs to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate the developed solutions against business requirements.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of deliverables.
• Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to existing systems or workflows for improved efficiency and productivity.

• Strong understanding of business processes, business logic, and requirement analysis.
• Hands-on experience (academic/project-based) in BRD, FRS, and use case documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Good command over MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio, or similar documentation tools.
• Exposure to tools such as JIRA

Educational Qualification

• BE or relevant Bachelors degree
