Job Title: Analyst Sales Operations or Order Management
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office 5 days/week)
Experience: 1-4 Years (Relevant: 1-4 Years)
Start Date: Immediate
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory)

Shift & Work Hours:

• 24x5 Support (Weekends Off)
  
• Flexible to work APJ, EMEA & AMER shifts (assigned post-training)
  

Job Summary

We are looking for an Analyst Sales Operations to support Sales Tool Operations and act as the first escalation point for service disruptions across Sales, Customer Care, and Order Management systems. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Act as first-level support for incidents related to Sales, OMS, and Customer Care tools
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to IT/Operations teams when required
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and outsourced partners to ensure service continuity
  
• Monitor incidents, tool uptime, and service levels
  
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
  

Mandatory Skills

• Incident management and support experience
• 1-4 years of experience in International BPO
• STS Order Management / OTC background
