Job Type- Contract

• Analyze site survey reports and design in-building solutions for 4G/5G networks.
• Perform RF propagation analysis for LTE, 5G Sub6 and 5G mmW, WiFi and capacity planning to ensure optimal indoor network performance.
• 3D modeling of CAD data, including wall materials data input, for proceeding the RF simulation.
• Configure and optimize indoor base station parameters such as power, antenna placement, Link Budget and frequency allocation.
• Manage and mitigate RF interference and troubleshoot indoor network issues remotely.
• Analyze indoor network performance data and develop optimization strategies to improve network quality and user experience.
• Gather and analyze data to track project progress and performance against established benchmarks.
• Participate in virtual project meetings to provide updates on scheduling status and support the identification of potential project risks.
• Collaborate with other teams such as network operations and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the indoor network .

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication systems, RF propagation, Link Budget and indoor cellular network architecture.
• Experience with in-building 4G/5G planning and optimization, including site surveys, capacity planning, and interference management.
• Proficiency in network performance analysis tools and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with radio planning tools such as Ranplan, iBwave, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of managing and mentoring team members is beneficial.
