Your main tasks

• Financial Management:
• Process invoices, receivables, and payables accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and follow up on past-due open invoices.
  
• Accounting and Reporting:
• Enter and maintain data in our SalesForce CRM software for accurate customer records.
• Process monthly company payroll and travel expenses.
• Provide detailed reports to our headquarters, including A/R and A/P aging, assets, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely monthly closing of financial books to meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and submit annual reports for specified state agencies.
  

• External Support and Administration:
• Support our external accountant during annual closing and tax preparation/audits.
• Manage the generation and tracking of software license codes.
• Handle all other office administration tasks and provide logistics support as needed.
  

Your profile
Minimum Education Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required.
  

Relevant Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance work experience is essential.
  

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient user in Microsoft Excel and other Office utilities.
  

Skills and Attributes:

• Quick learner, capable of independent work as well as teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Knowledge:

• Familiarity with accounting software and experience with SAP Business ByDesign is a plus.
