Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Operations & Project Management to lead and oversee multiple projects and operational functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of ongoing and new projects, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects within publishing, digitization, or content management domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Implement process improvements and automation to optimize workflows.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement and invoicing.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor project managers and operational teams.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

- Conduct regular reviews and provide guidance for issue resolution.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on operational and project-related matters.

- Ensure timely communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Contribution:
- Support senior leadership in developing operational strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (PMP certified preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in operations and project management roles.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
