Role Description

We are looking for passionate and experienced AI/ML professionals who are willing to share their industry knowledge, guide aspiring learners, and help them become job-ready.

As a Mentor, you will provide practical insights, interview preparation support, and real-world project guidance to students and working professionals looking to grow in the AI/ML field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group mentorship sessions on AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Guide mentees through hands-on projects based on real-world industry scenarios.
  
• Offer career and interview preparation support (mock interviews, resume tips, etc.).
• Share the best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches used in top organizations.
• Help learners stay up-to-date with latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in core AI/ML concepts, such as model development, training, deployment, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks and tools.
• Experience working on end-to-end AI/ML projects from data preprocessing to model evaluation and deployment.
