Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager. to join our team. In this role, You will ensure cohesive messaging across all online and offline platforms. You will collaborate closely with the founder and the concerned teams to craft communication strategies, compelling content, lead campaigns, and engage with our target audience. You will work closely with the founder, sales and social media team to craft compelling content, manage brand communications, and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Mastery: Develop and execute engaging strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms.

2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Social Media, Sales and Senior management.

3. Content Creation: Develop compelling content (blog posts, videos, social media posts, Manage Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube platforms) to attract and retain customers.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of Social Media Marketing experience, preferably in Ed-Tech.

2. Proven expertise in social media marketing,Sales and team management.

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
