Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Expert with a strong background in HR technologies - SAP S/4 HANA - HR and SuccessFactors - to join our dynamic Corporate HR Technology team.
The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and technical user stories, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and engineering, to ensure that our HR technology solutions meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience of SAP S/4 HANA HCM business processes, SAP SuccessFactors, and system architecture for integration having experience implementing these in MENA countries.
- Decent knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA HCM and integration points with other SAP modules like FICO
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors core HR Employee Central & Talent Modules - Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals management
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clearly defined user stories for IT development
- Maintain and groom the product backlog for SAP S/4 HCM and SuccessFactors modules for the year.
- Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria and business value.
- Stay updated with SAP product releases and innovations and assess impact on current solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Good understanding of HR KPIs for advisory on HR reports and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience of working with Report stories in SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors APIs to facilitate functional assistance for integration needs to SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a senior consultant or similar role with SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Certification in SuccessFactors modules preferred
