Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 2 - 4+ years

Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)

Work Timings: 7:00 PM 3:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

Job description:

• Must be well versed with W2, Corp2Corp and Contract2Hire positions
• Responsible for the full cycle of sales and recruitment.
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants with vendors or Direct clients
• Updating of resumes into different Job portals
• Sharing Hot list of consultants in different portals and contacts

Get Hired
• Getting the requirements from Tier-1 vendors/implementing Partners
• Negotiating with Vendors for appropriate rates
• Follow-up with the vendors regarding feedback after the interviews
• Constant touch with candidates and keeping them informed about the submissions and interviews
