Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)

Experience: 3-6+ Years

Work Timings: 8:00 PM 4:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

We are looking for a high-performing US ITTechnical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical and functional roles including Java, AI, Machine Learning, Business Analyst (BA), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), and Product Owner positions
• Conduct in-depth technical screening interviews, evaluating both theoretical knowledge and practical application
• Assess candidates problem-solving abilities, system thinking, and role-specific competencies
• Partner closely with me to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear, professional, and timely communication

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a US ITTechnical Recruiter with the ability to technically evaluate candidates

  Get Hired
  Basic understanding of software engineering, AI/ML concepts, product roles, and business analysis functions
• Ability to distinguish between strong, average, and weak technical profiles across multiple domains
• Should be smart to evaluate and assess people by being a patient listener
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and candidates
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and decision-making capability
