Job Summary

As a Management Trainee at Techcognics, you will be a key part of our marketing team. You&aposll work closely with senior management to learn all aspects of our marketing operations, from strategy development to campaign execution. This role is a rotational training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to grow into a leadership position within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and offline promotions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and new business opportunities.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.

• Data Analysis: Help analyze marketing performance data to track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. ????
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including report writing, data entry, and project coordination.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to build your leadership and technical skills.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A degree in MBA, MCS, BCA, MCA, or BCS is preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in marketing, internships, or relevant projects.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
