Job Description
- You are a dynamic and confident Female Call Center Sales Executive responsible for contacting leads, understanding their needs, presenting products/services, and converting leads into customers. You will make outbound calls, engage potential customers, and promote suitable products/services. Building rapport, handling objections, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system are crucial aspects of your role. You will strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, coordinate with the sales and marketing team, and follow up on leads regularly for maximum conversion.
Female candidates with prior experience in telecalling or sales are preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to handle rejections are essential. Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and fluency in required languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language) are advantageous. You must be ready to work full-time from the office in Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra.
As a Female Call Center Sales Executive, you will receive a fixed salary plus incentives based on performance, along with training and development support in a friendly and professional work environment. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring your presence in Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra, with availability for both day and night shifts.
