We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Engineer to lead performance marketing, SEO, analytics, lead generation, automation, and AI-powered growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing expertise with a technical and data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and emerging AI advertising platforms.
- Drive SEO strategy, keyword research, technical SEO, and organic growth.
- Manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing dashboards.
- Improve lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI.
- Build marketing automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, research, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive business growth.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Remarketing
- SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page), Keyword Research, SEO Audits
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Attribution & Conversion Tracking
- Looker Studio, Power BI, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Marketing Automation (n8n, Zapier, Make)
- CRM Integrations, APIs, Webhooks
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, B2B, EdTech, FinTech, or high-growth environments
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
- Basic HTML, JavaScript, CRO, and Landing Page Optimization
- Work on AI-first marketing initiatives
- High ownership and growth opportunities
