Job Description

Position Overview: At Techlanz, we are seeking a technical sales Intern for our sales and business development team. This is a full-time opportunity. Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the complete lifecycle of leads generated via marketing campaigns.

Counsel potential leads over a call to inform them about a product and help them find the right solution

Call leads, understand their interests, and pitch our offerings.

Make sales ethically without any false promises.

Report progress, conversion, and challenges to management on a daily basis and effectively manage CRM tools.

Visualise, manage, and achieve goals.

Skills & Requirements:

B.tech/Diploma in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics,CS-IT or any relevant domain is preferred

Ability to convince people with logical reasoning.

Art of converting a potential lead to customers.

Ability to understand potential customers, their pain points, and offer them solutions that can be a win-win for both customers and the company.

Self-motivated and energetic.

Integrity, ethics, honesty, and strong work discipline.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of electric vehicles or technical fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel.
