Offshore Platform Maintenance Supervisor

What role you will play in team: You will lead a team of maintenance technicians responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our offshore oil and gas platforms.

What you will do: You will oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing equipment performance.

Key responsibility:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians on offshore platforms.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the maintenance team.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas industry regulations.
