Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will provide first-line support for our IT infrastructure, resolving user issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
What you will do: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, provide technical assistance to users, and maintain documentation.
Key responsibility:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Resolve technical problems remotely and on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development of IT support documentation.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
