Urgently hiring Civil / Structural Engineer for Nehru Memorial Techno Global Hospital! [Location- Barrackpore, West Bengal]

(Must have relevant experience in Healthcare Sector)

The Opportunity

Join the Engineering & Facilities Department at Nehru Memorial Techno Global Hospital, West Bengals second-largest private hospital and a flagship venture of the Techno India Group. We are seeking an experienced Civil / Structural Engineer to be the guardian of our 100,000 sq. ft. facilitys structural integrity, ensuring patient and staff safety across our critical infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

1. Supervise all building maintenance activities, including roofing, flooring, drainage, and structural repairs.

2. Manage renovation, partitioning, ward expansions, and oversee minor civil contracts.

3. Liaise with local authorities for building safety, structural inspections, and necessary approvals.

4. Lead preparedness checks for structural stability during adverse weather (storms/floods) and conduct rapid post-event inspections.

5.Crisis Role: Perform rapid structural safety assessments after disasters (quakes/floods) and coordinate evacuation plans for any unsafe zones.

About You

Minimum Qualification & Experience: B.E /B.Tech Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering (with equivalent experience).

5+ years experience in institutional or healthcare infrastructure is strongly preferred. Must have relevant experience in Healthcare Sector.

Mindset: Detail-oriented, focused on long-term building integrity, and committed to statutory compliance and safety standards.
