Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter / Technical Recruiter, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and other hiring processes. Daily tasks include sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The recruiter will work closely with the management and operating teams to meet the staffing needs of the clients.

  • End-to-end recruitment; both IT & non-IT, for top-notch clients i.e. sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
  • Recruiter should be able to source a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up(s)
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status
  • Knowledge of major job-portals, LinkedIn and other classified job sites (added advantage)
  • Client Interaction & Coordination as and when required
