Operational Specialist

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company requirements.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify reliable suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to company procurement policies and compliance standards.
• 
  Handle export-related documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), SGS inspections, logistics, and day-to-day operational requirements.

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in Engineering Procurement, Maintenance, Projects, or Technical Services.
• Strong technical foundation in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related software.
