Junior HR Assistant, IT Recruiter - Full Time Onsite - Metuchen, NJ - B2361B

Technovision, Inc. is an IT Staff Augmentation firm providing services to a number of Direct End Clients.
We are looking for an HR Assistant cum IT Recruiter (will train the right person) to work full time at our office in Metuchen, NJ. Entry level candidates with education background in HR or Engineering or Computer Science are also acceptable.
Eventually job duties will include handling recruiting mainly for contract positions, HR related work and some non HR Ad-hoc work.
HR Job Duties:
- On-boarding Consultants
- Setting up Insurances
- Processing Timesheets
- Assisting inhouse recruiters
- other HR Ad-hoc duties in Office as needed
Recruiting Job Duties:

- Resume Searching
- Resume Screening
- Candidate Prescreening
- Resume Submission
- Interview Arrangements
- other tasks related to recruiting
Requirement:
- Prior experience in handling HR related responsibilities,
- Prior experience in IT / Other field Recruitment,
- Good Communication Skills - written and verbal (MUST),
- Good organization and analyzing skills,
- Prior experience working for IT consulting organization will be helpful,
- HR MBA or Information Technology or Engineering Education background is a Plus
