Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.


- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and optimize customer experience.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipeline to maximize profitability.
- Train and develop sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively
