US Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing and hiring top engineering talent across the US. The ideal candidate is an expert in using LinkedIn RPS and advanced sourcing techniques to find and engage high-quality candidates in areas such as Software, Hardware, Mechanical, AI/ML, and Robotics.

Title : US Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter

Location : Remote work

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Timings : 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles, with a strong focus on sourcing and pipelining high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) extensively to identify, engage, and attract top-tier engineering talent.
• Craft strategic sourcing plans tailored to niche roles and hard-to-fill positions.
• Create compelling job postings and personalized outreach messages to boost candidate engagement.
• Manage applicant tracking and pipeline flow through ATS systems.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to help drive recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT recruitment focused on the US market.
• Strong expertise in sourcing quality profiles using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), job boards, and other advanced sourcing platforms.
  
• In-depth understanding of US hiring practices, including:
• Employment types (W2, C2C, 1099, contract-to-hire, full-time)
• Work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, TN, etc.)
• Compliance with US labor laws and EEOC guidelines
• Proven ability to screen, evaluate, and close engineering candidates across domains (software, hardware, mechanical, AI/ML, robotics).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage candidate and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
