TechSlide IT Solutions is a growing technology and consulting firm based in Thanjavur. We provide innovative IT solutions to our clients and are looking to expand our internal finance team.

Role Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background in accounting, expert knowledge of Tally, and a willingness to learn new ERP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
• Perform data entry and processing using Tally Prime/ERP 9.
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Handle bank reconciliation and verify payments/receipts.
• Learn and Adapt: Quickly learn and operate other ERP software and internal tools used by the company.
• Maintain digital and physical financial files.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance) is compulsory.
• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally is a must.

• Computer Literacy: Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
• ERP Readiness: Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn new Accounting/ERP software.

What We Offer:

• Salary: ?10,000 ?25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience).
• Location: Thanjavur (On-site).
