This is an on-site, full-time role for a Lead Java Developer based in Coimbatore. As a Lead Java Developer at Techvolt Software Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications. Your daily tasks will include writing high-quality code, developing software solutions, ensuring the performance and reliability of applications, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will also be involved in code reviews, debugging, and implementing best practices in software development.
To be eligible for this role, you should hold a qualification of B.E./B.Tech/MCA. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, depth knowledge in Core Java, good exposure in databases like SQL, MYSQL, ORACLE, knowledge in JSP & Servlets, experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate Framework, good problem-solving and debugging skills, and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, collaborating with front-end and back-end teams, writing clean, scalable, and efficient code, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software, and providing technical training to juniors and internship trainees.
The salary package for this position is as per industry standards. The interview process will consist of a Technical Machine Test, F2F interview, and HR Round. The notice period for this role is 15 days. All candidates must sign a service agreement for a minimum period of 1 year.
