Job Description
- You will be joining Techwaukee as an SAP Basis Consultant for the S/4HANA Private Cloud project. With 8-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing implementation of S/4HANA in a Private Cloud environment. Your responsibilities will include SAP BASIS administration, system performance tuning, and cloud environment management to ensure the success of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and system optimizations.
Your key responsibilities will involve providing SAP BASIS administration for the S/4HANA system in a Private Cloud setup, monitoring and optimizing system performance, security, and availability, managing system provisioning, installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with functional and technical teams, disaster recovery planning, troubleshooting performance issues, supporting SAP transport management, batch job scheduling, documenting BASIS configurations, processes, and system changes, among others.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant, expertise in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud administration, familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Fiori Launchpad, hands-on experience with hosting solutions like SAP Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or GCP, strong understanding of SAP security, experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), knowledge of disaster recovery and backup strategies, ability to troubleshoot BASIS-related issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote offshore model.
Preferred skills include experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Integration Suite, familiarity with DevOps tools, exposure to Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
