At Tecnod8.ai, we are building a Full-Stack Generative AI Co-pilot platform for Industrial Engineering and Automation. Our mission is to make application of Industrial Automation as easy as DIY, empowering engineers with 100x more context on their day to day job.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop customized GenAI-based agents for Industrial and Automation tasks.
- Fine-tune and prompt engineer LLMs.
- Build agent workflows using LangChain, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone).
- Integrate 3D models with AI agents to enhance simulation and contextual responses.
- Conduct model evaluations and fine-tuning based on user interaction and feedback.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient for industrial use.

- Strong Python programming skills (LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
- Familiarity with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning pipelines (QLoRA, LoRA, SFT).
- Knowledge of vector stores (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone).
- Basics of 3D visualization and WebGL/Unity3D integration (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of industrial automation is a plus.
- Git, API integration, and Cloud (Azure/AWS) basics.
