Job Description
As the Lead of Operations & Management, Incumbent will be responsible for spearheading all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring excellence in production, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve timely completion of production targets within stringent time, low cycle time assembly lines, quality, and cost parameters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity on the shop floor Production, Maintenance and Complete management of Stores/ Warehouse.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure seamless functioning and alignment
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Monitor resolve production related issues
- Supervise temps’ workers and should be effective in resource planning for delivering the planned qty’s
- Constant Liasoning with planning and sales functions to service the customers on time
- Responsible for Maintenance, 5S and safety, SOP development, Kaizen, six sigma, 7step quality tools and OEE knowledge
- Conduct Time & Motion study, data analysis, identify bottleneck operations & line balancing
- Implementation of Lean manufacturing, Line balancing, JIT. Cycle time and throughput time monitoring
- Continuous improvements on productivity and process rejections, cost and quality
- Production planning and material management
- Process quality adherence and continuous improvement to achieve zero customer defect.
- Handle In Process Quality, Vendor Quality Management, Customer Quality Management
- Set and sustain appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and exposure of audits on Quality Systems, Six Sigma, ISO9000 and knowledge of PPAP process.

- Total experience of 12-18 years in Operations Quality function preferably in a reputed Auto/ cooling systems Company
- Person with experience in Compressor/ cooling systems industry or Auto component industry preferred
- Experience in implementing Lean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and other operational excellence methodologies and Quality Standards
- Implemented Quality Systems, Six Sigma, ISO9000 and knowledge of PPAP processes
- High Work Standards - Integrity, Motivation, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving & Leadership Skills
- Capability of managing matrix relationships
- Degree in Engineering (mechanical) master’s degree preferred
- Ready to work for 06 days in a week, Medchal (Hyderabad).
