Job Description
- This is a Data Architect role within the office of the CTO at TEG Analytics, primarily focusing on healthcare product offerings. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for assessing the current data landscape and providing solutions to enhance scalability, performance, usability, and elasticity of the data system. You should possess the ability to independently create data models and architect processes for the data engineering team to achieve desired outcomes. A successful candidate will be results-oriented, a technology leader who is hands-on and unafraid to engage directly with code and processes.
Your role will require a strong focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead third-party teams when necessary. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, with expertise in Data Warehouse & Data Lake concepts, data modeling, dimensional modeling, and programming/scripting languages such as Python. Additionally, experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD practices, and tools like GIT, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps is essential for this role.

Characteristics that will contribute to success in this role include being hands-on in all technical aspects, self-driven, research-oriented, innovative, capable of leading a team, and adaptable to working with different technologies regardless of prior experience. Prior startup experience, knowledge of Ansible, YAML, Scala, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Bricks, graph databases, and the US healthcare industry are considered advantageous skills for this position.,
