Job Title: ETL Automation Tester (P&C Insurance)

Job Summary
As a Test Lead specializing in Cloud Automation Testing and ETL/DW Automation, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the testing activities in the cloud and data warehousing projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of automation testing processes within cloud environments and ETL/DW systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for cloud based applications and etl/dw solutions.
2. Coordinate and supervise the testing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality test automation solutions.
3. Develop and implement automation scripts for testing cloud services and etl/dw processes.
4. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify areas for test automation and improvement in testing processes.
5. Monitor and evaluate test results to identify defects and performance issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices in cloud testing and etl/dw automation to enhance testing procedures.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in cloud automation testing tools such as selenium, tosca, or cypress.
2. Strong experience in etl/dw automation tools like informatica, talend, or datastage.
3. Knowledge of cloud environments like aws, azure, or google cloud platform.
4. Familiarity with scripting languages such as python, java, or sql for automation purposes.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address testing challenges efficiently.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Cloud Testing or ETL/DW Automation are a plus.
