- Develop and cultivate relationships with new and existing retail banking customers.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify appropriate financial products and solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear product explanations, addressing inquiries, and exceeding expectations.
- Leverage your financial expertise to develop personalized financial plans, fostering long-term customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various retail banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and wealth management solutions.
- Participate in product training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the branch by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience of fresher to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and possess a strong work ethic.
