Job Description

In this role of Oracle DBA L2 Support, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle database software and related products.
- Monitoring and maintaining database performance to ensure optimal system operation.
- Performing routine database maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and data integrity checks.

- Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring tools.
- Assisting in the implementation of database security policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with senior team members to develop and maintain documentation related to database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Providing technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing database-related problems.
- Assisting in the implementation of database upgrades, patches, and migrations.

- Staying informed about Oracle database technologies and best practices through self-study and training opportunities.
- Adhering to organizational policies and procedures regarding database administration and support.
Qualifications required for this role:
- BE/B.Tech/Graduation
Please note that this is a Full-Time position based in Mumbai with Work from Office job mode. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle, L2 Support, troubleshooting, administration, installation, configuration, and Upgrade.,
