Job Description
- An experienced SAP PP & QM Lead is needed to oversee the implementation and hypercare of SAP S/4HANA on RISE for EPC projects. You will be responsible for managing the Production Planning and Quality Management modules to ensure they meet the complex needs of engineering, procurement, and construction operations.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation of the SAP PP & QM modules, developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals. You will gather detailed business requirements specific to production planning and quality management in the EPC industry and map these requirements to SAP PP & QM functionalities, proposing solutions where necessary.
In addition, you will design and configure the SAP PP module for production planning, scheduling, and execution, as well as the SAP QM module for quality planning, inspection, and control processes. Ensuring robust integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, coordinating data migration activities, and executing comprehensive test plans will be essential.
Furthermore, you will develop and deliver training programs for end-users, provide ongoing support during the hypercare phase, and focus on continuous improvement post-implementation. Monitoring project performance and system utilization, generating regular status reports, and collaborating with other teams for system enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) is highly desirable, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PP & QM implementation and support. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP implementations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are required.
A Master's degree in a related field, experience with SAP Activate methodology, familiarity with other SAP modules, and knowledge of EPC industry-specific best practices are preferred qualifications. The role may involve working outside standard business hours to meet project deadlines in a hybrid work environment located in Noida.,
