Description
Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the PMO team. They will be joining a team of 7 other PMs (3 Sr. PMs, 2 PM2s, 1 PM1, and an intern). They should have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Management.
This person will have direct access to C-level executives. They will work on the 100+ person technology team allowing a lot of visibility and opportunity to grow.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Project broken down:
1. ABP (annual budget process) - largest projects, come in through business, listing out their top 5 projects for the following year
2. FOT (facility optimization team) - HCA does audit, sees a number of things, if audit not good, VP will say we need an audit on this facility ASAP - rinse and repeat process. SharePoint site. PM is working with person to get spreadsheet, upload to SharePoint, and execute meetings
3. Activations or deactivations - if activating facility, they have 90 days to get it activated. They have to have it up and running because 500 inmates coming into prison. Standard process.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
