Senior Change Manager - Fund Accounting Transformation

Our Clients Change Consulting and Delivery Team is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their new "Fund Accounting Transformation" program. This multi-year strategic initiative will focus on transforming the business operations of one of the Banks largest services which is fund accounting impacting north of 600+ employees across various geographies.
Responsibilities
- Developing Change Management Strategy
- Execution of the plan and aligns various levels of the organization and target audience in alignment with the change
- Conduct Risk and Impact Assessment around Change
- Stakeholder Management across Sponsors and Owners
- Coordinating with Program Management and Alignment on Delivery
- Partner with team in driving communication plans
Required Candidate Qualifications
1) 5+ Years of leading change management across enterprise wide/large scale programs
2) Experience leading change in financial services (focus Asset Management / Wealth Management / Capital Markets)
3) 10+ Years of Stakeholder Management across various levels of the organization (executive sponsors, business sponsors, operations)

2) Agile Experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Toronto,ON.
