Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented AML/KYC Back Office Executive to join our compliance and operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in banking or financial services, with solid knowledge of AML regulations and KYC documentation standards.

This is a non-voice role focused on document verification, due diligence, and compliance accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate KYC documents for new and existing clients.
• Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence in line with onboarding and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies.
• Utilize AML screening tools (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis) for verification and risk assessment.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in AML/KYC or back-office operations within BFSI.
• Strong knowledge of KYC norms, PMLA guidelines, RBI/SEBI regulations.
• Basic understanding of financial documents (PAN, Aadhaar, registration certificates, etc.).

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
