• Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Provided technical assistance, diagnosing software/account issues and delivering step-by-step solutions to ensure first-chat resolution.
• Sales & Upselling: Identified customer needs during support interactions to pitch relevant product upgrades.
• Shift Excellence: Successfully operated in 24/7 rotational night shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery across different time zones.
• KPI Management: Consistently maintained an Average Handle Time (AHT) of [Your AHT, e.g., 8 mins] and a CSAT score of 95% or higher.
