About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Freshers to join our team as Operation Customer Expert I at Teleperformance, Mohali. This role involves supporting global customers via multiple communication channels, delivering highquality technical and customer service support while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate Fresher

BE / BTech graduates will be preferred
Experience: Freshers are welcome
Experience in International BPO will be an added advantage
Shift: Must be comfortable working in night shifts

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to global customer queries through multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email).
Provide technical support to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Assist customers by resolving queries, registering complaints, and offering appropriate resolutions.
Ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues at the customers level of understanding.

Maintain and update CRM systems accurately with all relevant customer information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for upselling where applicable while delivering support.

IP addresses
Awareness of technical advancements and willingness to learn new technologies.
