Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager focusing on engaging with solution providers at Teleport, your role will be crucial in establishing and managing partnerships with technology vendors and other solution partners to enhance the B2B logistics offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard solution providers that complement the platform, drive innovation, and deliver value to customers.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a partnership strategy aligned with the B2B logistics roadmap and business objectives. You will build and nurture relationships with third-party technology vendors and solution partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborating with solution providers, you will evaluate partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions into the logistics platform.
Furthermore, you will define and prioritize product requirements for enhancement, drive the development of new features leveraging partner capabilities, and monitor performance indicators to measure the impact of partner integrations on the platform. Additionally, you will develop and execute partner enablement programs, analyze data and customer feedback for optimization, and continuously monitor market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

In managing the project development lifecycle with vendors, you will ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines, analyze risks related to vendor partnerships, and develop mitigation strategies proactively. Collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to define product requirements and propose effective solutions based on business needs will also be part of your role.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-8 years of experience in product management, business development, or partnership management roles, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry. Strong understanding of B2B markets, air cargo, and the logistics ecosystem, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, will be key. Experience in project management, agile development methodologies, and a passion for innovation are also essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and establish successful partnerships with solution providers will set you up for success in this role.,
