Project Role Description

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, and processes for software systems.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that testing is conducted effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts, ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.
- Ensure that testing is conducted in compliance with industry standards and best practices, and that all defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the teams skills and knowledge current.

- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Test Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Automation Testing, Agile Methodologies, and DevOps.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of test engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
