Compensation & Benefits Specialist

What role you will play in team:You will be a key member of our compensation and benefits team, responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs for our clients. You'll ensure that our clients' compensation and benefits strategies are competitive and compliant.

What you will do:You'll conduct compensation surveys, analyze market data, and develop compensation structures. You'll also manage benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefits claims.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct market research and compensation surveys.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Process benefits claims and resolve benefit-related issues.

  Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits information.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training on compensation and benefits programs.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
