What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for recruiting highly skilled tech talent for our clients.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical roles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Conduct in-person or video interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  
• Manage the offer and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
