Data Center Operations Technician

What role you will play in team: You’ll be a crucial part of our data center team, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our critical infrastructure.

What you will do: You’ll monitor systems, perform maintenance, and resolve issues to maintain the highest levels of uptime and data security.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and environmental controls.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on data center equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure new hardware and software.
• 
  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with data center security policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of data center security practices.
