We offer end-to-end solutionsfrom market research and strategy to sales support and closuresbecoming an extended arm of our clients marketing teams.

???? What Youll Be Doing (Business Development Executive):

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through online sources, social media, and networking.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate conversations with prospects via calls, emails, or LinkedIn to introduce company services.
  • Client Interaction: Set up meetings or virtual calls to understand client requirements and pitch solutions effectively.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Event Support: Represent Tensai at conferences, exhibitions, or webinars to promote our services and generate leads.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

  • Confident, curious, and excited to build a career in business development
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people easily
  • Ambitious, target-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting ideas
  • Strong time management and follow-up discipline

Bachelors Degree is a must

???? Salary: ?20,000 ?25,000 per month
