Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

  • Identifying Opportunities: Conduct thorough market and trend research to identify new growth avenues for the company.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement actionable business plans to achieve organizational goals and capitalize on identified opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Product Promotion & Representation: Represent the company at events and conferences, pitch offerings effectively, and negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage company resources while continuously tracking and evaluating business performance.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and oversee marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Client Handling: Must have end-to-end experience in handling client interactions, from onboarding to account management.

Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree is mandatory
  • An MBA in Marketing is preferred
