Content Marketing Specialist

Were looking for a creative and hands-on Content Marketing Specialist to support our demand generation and brand building efforts. In this role, youll create, manage, and distribute content across channelsdriving engagement, building thought leadership, and supporting lead generation for Teqfocus IT services and consulting offerings. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver high-impact content that resonates with decision-makers in the tech, SaaS, and enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Marketing

• Research, write, and edit blogs, website copy, emails, video scripts, and social media content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft compelling narratives around tech services like Salesforce, Cloud, Data, and AI.
• Support content planning and calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.

Social Media Management & Engagement

• Manage Teqfocus social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).
• Work with the creative team to develop social posts, carousels, infographics, and video snippets to drive engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new content opportunities.

Omnichannel Content Distribution

• 
  Repurpose content for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, email, partner channels, and paid media.
• Support the development of email nurture sequences, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Work with design teams to ensure content is visually engaging and on-brand.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor content performance (social engagement, lead contribution) and share optimization recommendations.
• Assist in A/B testing content formats and messaging across channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social mediapreferably in B2B SaaS or IT consulting.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical topics into engaging content.
• Hands-on experience managing social media for B2B brands (especially LinkedIn).

• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress), design collaboration tools (Canva/Figma), and basic analytics (Google Analytics, social reporting tools).

• Video content planning and podcast marketing.
