Are you a dynamic professional with expertise in Asian markets RRA Group Inc. is seeking a Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive business growth and foster strong relationships in key markets such as China, Vietnam, Taiwan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, and Korea.

• Client Relationships: Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Execute marketing strategies, convert leads provided by the operations and pricing teams, and independently identify new opportunities through research and networking.
• Competitive Quoting: Collaborate with the pricing team to prepare and present competitive quotes, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
• Market Insights
  
  : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop actionable strategies.
• Reporting & Updates: Create detailed market reports and share regular updates with the operations team on market conditions and growth opportunities.

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing, sales, or business development with a focus on Asian markets.
• Proven Track Record: Successful business development experience in key Asian countries.
• Cultural Understanding: Strong knowledge of Asian business cultures with the ability to build relationships across cultural boundaries.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a bonus.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies to penetrate new markets.
