JOB TITLE: Asst/Dy Manager- Taxation & Accounts
JOB SUMMARY
To handle all direct & indirect taxation matters of the company
To prepare the financials of the company in accordance with Ind AS requirements and manage the statutory audit
To spearhead the lean process improvement projects for Finance department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Handling all GST matters including return filing, proper ITC availment, replies to notices, etc
Work with consultants to handle Income Tax matters like various return filing, regular assessments, Transfer Pricing matters, TDS/TCS and Deferred tax calculations
Handling pending tax assessments under VAT, Service Tax, etc
Handling of DSIR activities
Preparation of Ind AS financials including Notes to accounts
Handling of Statutory audits by BIG 4 firms
Handling Government audits, if any
Identify process improvement opportunities & work with the team to improve efficiency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education
Chartered Accountant
Experience
Min 3-5 years’ of relevant experience
Skills
Sound knowledge in GST compliances and also have exposure in managing Income Tax matters
Working knowledge of Ind AS & preparation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
Excellent communication skills and excellent liaisoning capabilities (With Government officials)
Good inter-personnel skills & proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis
